Manny Pacquiao to release song 'Sometimes When We Touch' soon

Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao is set to release his newest rendition of the hit song "Sometimes When We Touch" on April 28, about a week before he squares off with Shane Mosley at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 7.
Pacquiao, 32, recorded the song with its creator, Dan Hill, who made it a top ten hit in 1978. Other artists that have covered the song include Tina Turner, Tammy Wynette, Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow and Engelbert Humperdinck", Reuters reports.
"I was immediately drawn by the honesty and the gentleness of his performance. It was like 'wow'," Hill said of Pacquiao.
Pacquiao appeared in the Jimmy Kimmel TV program in 2009 along with Playboy model and Baywatch mainstay Pamela Anderson and other celebrity guests
The popular boxing superstar honored the show host Jimmy Kimmel and his millions of fans with his rendition of the popular song ' Sometimes When We Touch', a 1977 song written and popularized by Dan Hill, a popular Canadian pop singer and songwriter.

Pacquiao, who is an incumbent congressman in the Philippines is set to appear again as guest of of Jimmy Kimmel in his show Thursday.
Meanwhile, Manny Pacquiao's trainer and coach Freddie Roach, who just returned from Manchester England for the Amir Khan-Paul McCloskey fight, said Pacquiao had never prepared better for a bout ahead of their May 7 showdown in Las Vegas.
"It's unbelievable that after eight world titles he trains as hard as he does. He trains harder now than he did his first day he was in the gym and I respect him a lot for that.
"He still has that hunger and it makes me real happy and proud to be associated with a guy like Manny Pacquiao."
After his fight with Shane Mosley on May 7, boxing fans are looking forward to a fight everyone in the world wants to see -- the long-awaited Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr match.
