(OTC PINK:ONPH) signed a license agreement with Regen BioPharma Inc. for intellectual property pertaining to mRNA to be used in developing a therapy for treating pancreatic cancer. This license agreement expands the Company's portfolio of intellectual property that It plans to develop for niche biotechnology markets.
