This therapeutic trend, which has been sweeping the nation since the start has been touted to alleviate stress and improve mental health. This location resides at Cedar Creek Ranch on sixty plus acres of heavily wooded areas, creek crossings and fields. The ranch also offers horseback riding, gator rides, a petting zoo and café. Cedar Creek Ranch is within ten miles from Starved Rock State Park, Matthiessen State Park and Grand Bear Lodge. The Original Goat Yoga services will offer public classes as well as private events for bachelorette parties, birthdays, remote worker reunions or corporate health & wellness events. We will also be offering our signature Goat Yoga & Mimosas, Bloody Mary’s, Wine Tasting or Cocktail events courtesy of the café on the property called The Gunsmoke Grill.
