Sarah Genereux has been tattooing professionally for 15 years. She was born and raised on the east coast in New Jersey. Her passion for art started at a very young age. She attended Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia, PA for a few years but quickly realized tattooing was her passion. She had a traditional apprenticeship of 2000 hours under another female tattooer while simultaneously working for a tattoo supply company drawing flash and working in various parts of the company as part of the apprenticeship. She had to learn how to make her own needles, put together tattoo machines, and power supplies. Her love for surfing and warm weather brought her to the west coast in 2007. She’s been tattooing in San Diego ever since. She considers herself a versatile artist and enjoys working on pieces in various styles. Jasmine Worth is a classically trained oil painter from San Diego, California. She studied art formally through ateliers and earned her BFA from the Laguna College of Art and Design. Jasmine started learning the art of tattooing from her mentor, Terry Ribera, in 2015. She is excited to translate her unique aesthetic through the medium of tattooing. Jasmine has had a successful career as a gallery artist since 2003. Her works can be seen in numerous galleries worldwide. Jasmine’s most recent shows include a two-person show with Chet Zar at Paul Booth’s Last Rites Gallery in New York City, NY, and a feature show at La Luz de Jesus Gallery in Los Angeles, CA.

Basically, I gave her a list of things that I liked and she helped me to pare it down to a reasonable amount of different things to incorporate into a custom sleeve design. I gave her full control of the colors and layout because I had seen her work and I trusted her to make it look good. To say that I am happy with the end result is inaccurate. I am truly in awe of how amazing it came out. I am so happy to have the opportunity to have Jasmine’s artwork on my body for the rest of my life.”
