Tax Auction Investors, an Upland, CA based real estate investing company, is pleased to announce that they will be participating in an upcoming ‘real estate wealth experience’ in Houston. The Legacy Revolution event will offer those interested in entering the real estate industry (as well as those who are already part of it and looking to learn more) the opportunity to get hands-on training with some of the biggest names in the industry.
The founding partners of Tax Auction Investors, along with the principals of RAD Diversified, will dissect every inch of the Tax Auction world and reveal the step-by-step strategy they have used to complete over $30,000,000 in real estate deals. The event is set to be a unique, worthwhile learning experience for all involved.
At the event, Tax Auction Investors will be raffling one of their free and clear properties, valued at $80000 and which currently rents for $850 per month. All attendees will have a chance to leave the event with a free house, with those who purchase tickets sooner having more raffle tickets.
At the Legacy Revolution Event, attendees will learn a great deal about the industry from professionals who have been a part of it for years. They will learn how to find money for all their deals, how to have the proper mindset to succeed and how to build wealth and passive cash flow using tax auction properties. There will be three major partners attending the event, all with a great deal of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.
Dutch Mendenhall is one of the partners that will be present at the conference, sharing some of the knowledge he has accrued over the course of his career. A former baseball player, Mendenhall began his real estate career as an executive recruiter in a billion dollar company that specialized in commercial real estate and banking. Within 12 months, he was the number 1 producer in the entire company. Randle J. Bowling, a real estate entrepreneur, will be sharing what he has learned over a decade of being in the real estate industry. He leads many of the initiatives within Tax Auction Investors and is in charge of legal concerns and special projects. He recently revamped the company’s real estate insurance processes and works directly in the evolution of their investment funds.
Amy Vaughn is the third partner who will be attending.
