The Expert Network celebrates its newest member, Attorney Richard St. Paul

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - December 12, 2017 - (

Richard St. Paul, Attorney at Law, St. Paul Law Firm, has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Mr. St. Paul has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.

Mr. St. Paul outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2002 and has served as both Councilman and Deputy Mayor of the City of New Rochelle. Mr. St. Paul also worked in the White House during the Clinton Administration and was invited to the White House along with a group of political leaders to discuss multiple issues with President Obama and his senior staff. Over the course of his career, Mr. St. Paul has won numerous awards, including AIPAC Outreach Activist of the year, Westchester County’s Top 40 Under 40, and New York’s Rising Stars.

With 15 years of experience dedicated to law, Mr. St. Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his areas of specialization, Civil Rights, voting rights, political advocacy, and many general civil litigation matters. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in law, Mr. St. Paul said:

"As a child, I knew that I wanted to go into law because it was the best way to help people by impacting their day-to-day lives.”

One of the major throughlines of Mr. St. Paul’s career has been his advocacy for voting rights. As an attorney, he has successfully litigated to protect and enhance the voting rights of African-Americans and Latinos in Westchester County. During the 2004 Presidential campaign, Mr. St. Paul was the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) Legal Director in the State of West Virginia, where he was tasked with leading the ballot security operation in the state. Additionally, he has served as Counsel to the New Rochelle Voters Rights Defense Fund in New Rochelle Voters Rights Defense Fund v. City of New Rochelle.

As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. St. Paul is frequently called upon for his political and legal expertise by national and local media. He has been quoted in the New York Times and has made multiple appearances on the Fox News Channel, Richard French Live show, New York 1’s Inside City Hall, and ABC’s Here & Now. To stay ahead of the curve, Mr. St. Paul keeps his finger on the pulse of prevailing trends in politics as well as his many areas of practice. He noted:

"Under the current presidential administration, there has been a focus on tax reform healthcare, wages and reducing regulations. There is no doubt that the final outcome will have an impact on small businesses. Additionally, there has been a recent uptick in media coverage of people who have lost their jobs based on their social media activity. The question is: where do we draw the line on employee monitoring? At the St. Paul Law firm, we remain ready to fight for families and small businesses."
