Advanced TeleHealth Solutions Receives URAC Health Call Center Accreditation

The company scores a perfect 100% on its accreditation review by URAC, an independent, not-for-profit, national body chartered to accredit utilization review services.
SPRINGFIELD, MO, September 13, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Advanced TeleHealth Solutions has been granted full accreditation as a Health Call Center by URAC, which is an independent, not-for-profit, national body chartered to accredit utilization review services, the company announced today. The award is effective from October 1, 2017, to October 1, 2020. Advanced TeleHealth Solutions was already URAC accredited, but the reward must be renewed every three years. The company scored a perfect 100% on its accreditation review.

In order to receive URAC certification, the health call center must provide validly licensed RNs, physicians, and other caregivers, as appropriate, who are trained to dispense medically appropriate treatment advice and health information, as well as offer clinical healthcare triage in a timely and confidential fashion.
