American Right To Life: Consummate compromiser Nat'l RTL won't compromise with personhood advocates
DENVER, March 31, 2014
DENVER, March 31, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Right To Life notes the irony. National Right To Life supports politicians who, through their abortion "exceptions," advocate the killing of thousands of children. And National RTL compromises on God's enduring command, Do not kill the innocent (Exodus 23:7) by supporting judges and laws that authorize killing the innocent (see prolifeprofiles.com). Yet after decades of compromising, the one group that NRTL will not compromise with are those who seek to enforce the God-given right to life of every unborn child.
"This unauthorized 9-minute recording from when the National Right To Life board was kicking out another state group is revealing," says Leslie Hanks, president of American Right To Life. "We've confronted National Right To Life for their endless regulating of child killing. After decades of moral compromise, they have lost the vision for victory and follow only tactics devised by fundraisers, political hacks, and lawyers."
"Before somebody gets the idea that we're selectively critical of National Right To Life," says Darrell Birkey, ARTL research director, "realize that we're critical of everyone who defends those who kill even a single child, but especially Republicans, 'conservatives,' 'Christians,' and pro-lifers who do."
This weekend NRTL kicked out their Georgia state affiliate, GRTL, just as they've done over the decades to other groups, including Colorado RTL, Cleveland RTL and New Jersey RTL, while hypocritically claiming that pro-lifers should not criticize other pro-lifers.
American Right To Life invites organizations and individuals to stand with them fighting to enforce the God-given right to life for every innocent child. NRTL has enabled so many politicians who advocate killing unborn children to be called "pro-life," that they have ruined the term. We are abolitionists. Join us in the no-exceptions, no-regulations, right-to-life fight to protect every child by love and by law.
"To put our money where our mouth is," added Hanks, "we're offering $10,000 to National RTL if they can name a single justice on the current U.S. Supreme Court who has ever stated, in an interview or a ruling or even a dissent, that the unborn child has a right to life. The point is that after decades of NRTL's compromise strategy, there is not a single justice on the court who acknowledges the child's right to life."
