Kabul TV station says attack over, resumes broadcasting

A Kabul television station attacked by gunmen on Tuesday was back on the air after Afghan security forces brought the deadly assault to an end.

"The attack has ended. According to the commander of the special forces all the staff who were inside the building have been rescued," Shamshad TV announced shortly after the attack ended.
