The man and woman apparently just met on a trolley in Chula Vista, and they are being accused of dry humping outside a dress store. The incident was caught on film.
One person who witnessed it happen said that the man and woman seemed to be oblivious that it was broad daylight and they were surrounded by shoppers at a strip mall.
The witness said that the woman’s legs were in the air while the guy was on top. The woman said that she and employees at the dress shop panicked, and there were customers inside. One customer was a woman with her baby. She was also with her 16-, 17- and 18-year-old girls, who were shopping for prom.
The 20-year-old man was arrested and taken to jail. The 37-year-old woman was given a citation and allowed to go free.
This is not the first time that a couple have been caught having sex in public. Recently a video surfaced on LiveLeak, and it showed a man and woman having sex in public. However, unlike the couple in California, the woman appeared to have a baby strapped to her chest while engaging in sexual intercourse.
