Footage shows ghostly figure roaming halls of Idaho high school

Do you believe in ghosts? Many of the students and faculty members at Pocatello High School in Idaho certainly do. The school has been home to some strange and unexplained activity for years. From strange noises to disembodied voices and even a few reports of some ghostly figures haunting various parts of the building, the school is certainly no stranger to the paranormal. In fact, recent footage from the school’s security cameras is making its rounds on the internet, as some believe it shows a ghost walking up and down the hallways, turning off the lights.

The footage, which was taken on December 19th, shows a strange adult-like figure wandering the hallways. The figure starts off by the water fountain, then appears to float to the bathroom, then back out and down the rest of the hallway. And if that isn’t enough to creep you out, the footage also shows the lights throughout the school flickering on and off as the incident occurs.

According to a report from Local News 8, an ABC affiliate in the area, students had already been hearing some strange noises the day the footage was taken. Some claim they heard the toilets flushing in the bathroom that day but when they went in to check on the situation, they found that no one was in the bathroom.

Paranormal investigators have checked the school out in the past and the local police have even been called on a few occasions due to some of the strange activity. And of course, the stories are endless. Some students claim to have seen shadowy figures in the rafters while some students as well as janitors and teachers have refused to go into the theater area alone at night because of the various reports of piano playing and singing when no one is in the room.

So is the new footage proof that something strange is going on at Pocatello High or is it just another hoax ghost video? That’s something everyone will have to determine on their own.
