Harris, 37, pleaded guilty to charges back in April. Prosecutors say Harris was involved in drug trafficking from 2005 to 2012.
The reality star has gotten credit for already serving 15 months in jail, which means he will be released in less than seven years. He has also paid back the feds more than $100,000 he made from the show. On top of that, Harris was forced to give up his Audi R8 for restitution.
Yandy-Smith-Harris, Mendeecees’s wife, took to Instagram to thank fans for their support. She told her fans that their love and encouragement meant a lot. Yandy added she and her husband are prepared and ready for whatever the future holds for them.
Mendeecees said in the past he made some bad decisions, but his transition to be a better person started much sooner before his case started.
Harris will serve his sentence in Rochester, and as of now it is unclear whether he will remain on the cast of the show.
