Ryan Patrick Bautista, 34, and Leanne Hunn, 30, ended up barricading themselves inside a mobile home when police arrived. Officers were at the home because they were looking for Bautista, who had a number of warrants out for his arrest.
The couple refused to leave for more than six hours. The reason why they refused to come out was because they wanted to have sex one last time.
There were three other adults at the home when deputies arrived, but one woman was allowed to leave a short time later.
When officers contacted the duo on the phone, after they had been using their loudspeakers to tell the couple to exit, Hunn told them that she would give up. However, the condition was that she wanted to sleep with Bautista one last time. After she told the cops that, she hung the phone up.
The cops didn’t take immediate action, but they did call the SWAT team. Eventually the SWAT team made their way into the home and they apprehended the couple. One of the men in the house was charged with murder, armed robbery with a firearm or other deadly weapon, as well as possession of a weapon by a felon. Hunn and Bautista were charged with false imprisonment and resisting arrest without violence.
The false imprisonment charge is because the couple allegedly forced a woman to stay inside the mobile home after she went to the home to attend a party.
