Dano Veal, whose pen name is Danko Resiliente, published “Memoirs of a Hardcore Entrepreneur: Volume 1” on May 16, 2020, on Barnes & Noble, and many lives have not been the same since. The book covers the entrepreneurial journey of Dano Veal. To follow up with the significant impact this book has had, Dano Veal will release “Memoirs of a Hardcore Entrepreneur: Volume 2” soon. Who is Dano Veal?
This successful entrepreneur was born in Louisiana and raised in Kansas City. He now resides in Silicon Valley. Dano Veal always wanted to get involved in entrepreneurship. In the face of working a full-time job while being the single custodial father of two children, he processed a number of business ideas in his head. He always wanted to become his boss instead of having to work for others and build their dreams.
In 2005, Dano started The Slap Event Promotions, which was an event planning business. He operated this business while working his full-time job. Later in 2006, the company transitioned from only event planning to importing alcohol. After assessing the market and his operation, Veal decided that this was a more lucrative direction for the company. In that year, he turned the company into a limited liability company (LLC). This year was truly a year of new entrepreneurial movements for Veal as he also formalized his own tequila brand called Elastico Tequila.
The move to establish Elastico Tequila really gained Dano Veal much respect in the realm of entrepreneurship. He became the first African American to own a tequila business. In 2018, Veal brought to life a plan that he has been processing for years. He became a Master Distiller of Elastico tequila. He then went on to open several craft distilleries across the United States of America. People can now go directly to Elastico Tequila for their preferred tequila instead of waiting for it to be distributed to stores near them

While Veal is now a huge success with his hands in productions coming from Hollywood, he did not get to this point without his fair share of obstacles.
