The Moody Blues headed to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held on April 14, 2018, at Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio. Long-time members Justin Hayward, John Lodge and Graeme Edge will be joined by former Moody Blues members Ray Thomas and Mike Pinder.

As Digital Journal reported, The Moody Blues have announced their touring schedule for January of 2018. This tour celebrates the 50th anniversary of their landmark studio album, Days of Future Passed, and it will consist of their greatest hits in the first portion of the show, while the latter half will feature the Days of Future Passed album in its entirety.

Aside from The Moody Blues, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2018 is comprised of New Jersey rockers Bon Jovi, The Cars, Dire Straits, the late Nina Simone and the late Sister Rosetta Tharpe, the latter of which will be inducted in the “Early Influence” category.
