"Boomerang" was written and performed by J.W. Cudd, and it will resonate well with his fans and listeners due to its optimistic and liberating message. Andrew Lane (who has worked with the Backstreet Boys and Miley Cyrus) served as his music producer, and Cudd co-produced the song's music video along with Brooke Dooley and Jac Sherrard.
