Review: Adventure Club divine on new studio album ‘Red // Blue’ (Includes first-hand account)

It opens with the soaring “Without You,” where they collaborate with Hunter Siegel, while “Dreams” has a sultry vibe to it due to the crisp vocals from Norwegian songstress Elea and its shuffling synths.

“Firestorm” is a highlight track featuring the atmospheric voice of Sara Diamond. “Forever” is ambient with a calming effect to it, where Ben Stevenson lends his mellow vocals.

It continues with “Limitless” featuring the ethereal voice of Delaney Jane, while “Breathe” is a laid-back track. After the mediocre “Ghosts,” it immediately breaks into “Reaction.” “Crash 2.0” is a charming remix, while “Save Me” is an anthem that is made for the dance-floor. It closes with “Fade” and the soothing “Goodnight,” which is like an electronic music lullaby that showcases the pipes of Adventure Club’s Christian Srigley.

The Verdict

Overall, Adventure Club delivers on their highly-anticipated breakthrough studio album. Christian Srigley and Leighton James never disappoint. Their debut album garners an A- rating.

Adventure Club’s latest album is available on iTunes and on Spotify.
