Op-Ed: Heffron Drive puts on best live concert of 2016 by a musical duo

Heffron Drive’s live show at Revolution Bar and Music Hall in Amityville, New York, was described as “phenomenal” by Digital Journal, and rightfully so.

Their songwriting is raw and authentic, where Kendall Schmidt and Dustin Belt allow their music to speak for itself. They are not afraid to showcase their vulnerability as recording artists, as they performed songs from their Happy Mistakes (Unplugged) album, as well as newer songs, all of which resonated well with their fans. They are certainly one of contemporary music’s most underrated live performers, and each time they take the stage, they put on a top-notch live show.
