Raye will debut his brand new television show, That’s My Story, on Collin Raye TV, the subscriber-based television channel available on the WhereverTV network this Wednesday, July 11, 2018.
The country star noted this excitement for his new television show. His goal is to bring back country music talk and music to television with a major focus on the music, and the stories behind the music. “This is a show that real music lovers will enjoy,” Raye said.
Raye’s show will be broadcast live from Nashville. It will include live performances by the county sensation and his surprise guests, who will sit down with him each week as they talk about their music careers, and as they elaborate about what country music mean to them. His special guests will sing alongside Raye. It was revealed that his first musical guest is country singer-songwriter Billy Dean, who is known from such ’90s hits as “Billy the Kid,” “My Broken Heart” and “Let Them Be Little.”
Speaking of Raye, his latest compilation studio offering, 25 Years, 25 Hits, garnered a favorable review from Digital Journal.
Throughout his career in country music, Raye has been nominated for five Academy of Country Music (ACM) “Top Male Vocalist” awards, as well as five Country Music Association (CMA) “Male Vocalist of the Year” awards. This legacy project was in honor of his 25-year anniversary of being a country recording artist. He dusted off and re-did several of his biggest hits, “Love Me,” “Little Rock,” and “That’s My Story” for this compilation album.
