Adam Lambert to debut ‘New Eyes’ live at ‘American Idol’ finale

Lambert revealed this news via a post on Twitter, and shared his excitement. This will mark the live performance debut of “New Eyes.” The actual single is expected to be released tomorrow on digital retailers.

Most impressive about the American Idol finale is that it is live Coast to Coast, where fans and viewers can vote for their favorite contestants in both coasts simultaneously. This time, they will also be able to see Lambert perform “New Eyes” for the first time.

Towards the end of April of 2019, Lambert served as a celebrity guest mentor on American Idol, when the theme was “Queen Week,” where contestants covered the classic rock hits of the band Queen.

Next month, on June 28, Lambert will be performing live at the Good Morning America (GMA) “Summer Concert Series.”
