Meditation and Concentration
Meditation is a process by which we settle our minds to focus on the present. During our day we find ourselves dreaming or wondering about past or future actions. While it is helpful to reminisce and to plan for the future, it is not helpful to live your life in a constant state of reflection and wonder. If you are constantly reviewing your past and planing for your future the present is being wasted and no action is being committed. Meditation also helps to silence the mind so that all focus can be placed on one intent. Meditation will strengthen your mind and your will.
