Review: Heffron Drive delivers on ‘Had To Be Panama’ music video (Includes first-hand account)

Dustin Belt rocks on lead guitar, while Kendall Schmidt, best known from Big Time Rush, nails the lead vocals, and he accompanies himself on acoustic guitar as well. They include such instruments as bass, drums and percussion. It is such a hypnotic and catchy vocal that showcases the band’s talent as a whole. Their backing band members AJ Novak on drums, Matt Frey on keyboards and Andy Fischer-Price on bass are noteworthy too.

“If your eyes look the same under different stars, it’s not a mistake to be where we are, It had to be, had to be, had to be Panama,” Schmidt sings.

The Verdict

Heffron Drive’s “Had To Be Panama” music video garners 4.5 out of 5 stars. This vocal resonated well with their fans when they performed it live in New York City at Webster Hall.
