Their concert in New York this past September, received a favorable review from Digital Journal, praising Blackwell-Cook for her dynamic vocals, as well as Collen for his harmonies and exquisite guitar-playing ability, and Robinson for his percussion skills.

Most impressive about Delta Deep is that it started in 2012 after jamming with his relative, Debbi Blackwell-Cook, and it would later become a blues quartet, with DeLeo and Robinson.
