Op-Ed: Waterloo Revival — Country music’s next big duo of 2016

The country duo is originally from Austin, Texas, and they are now based out of Nashville, Tennessee. It is comprised of George Birge on lead vocals and guitar, as well as Cody Cooper on guitar and background vocals.

This past September, Waterloo Revival made their debut on the hallowed Grand Ole Opry stage. Their radio singles “Bad for You” and “Hit The Road” both made the Top 55 on the Billboard Hot Country Airplay charts.

Waterloo Revival have great songs with warm and relatable lyrics that gravitate well with their fans. Their music is impressive and refreshing and they deserve to be the next big duo in the country genre.
