On the Record with music manager Jonathan Gosselin (Includes interview)

On the entertainment scene, he said, “I truly admire that in the entertainment industry, music never is the same and it keeps evolving. Also how music can remain timeless. A song can be written and produced years before being released, and it can still make a difference in the world. Music is a sense of emotion to which we all connect with and it can bring anyone together.”

Gosselin manages DJ and producer Art Beatz. “Being Art Beatz’s manager is not all just about being a great business manager. It is also about being a great friend to guide Art Beatz in the direction of success through professionalism and conjoined knowledge,” he said.

His plans for the future are to incorporate innovative ideas and sound that can be related by any person no matter what nationality the person is, what color the person is or what genre that consumer listens to.

One of his proudest professional moments in the music industry includes being afforded the privilege to present new music to the CEO of Lava Records, Jason Flom, not just once, but twice in the same day. “He is truly an inspiration in the industry, he tells you the truth no matter what, and even gave us some knowledge to take with us,” he said.

Each day, Gosselin’s motivation is to assist in creating a musical monster that can not only produce, mix, DJ and remix tracks that will eventually lead to a Grammy award.

For hopefuls who wish to make it in the music industry, he said, “The best advice I can give to anyone is easy. Never give up. Be creative. Think outside the box. Put in long hours of continuous effort. Create a path and lead it into multiple positive directions.”
