Country star Rodney Atkins to play Mulcahy’s Pub and Concert Hall

Six of his songs have reached the top of the Billboard Hot Country charts, which include his platinum-selling singles “If You’re Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows),” “Take a Back Road,” and “Watching You.” “These Are My People” and “Cleaning This Gun (Come On In Boy)” have both been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), while “It’s America” also reached No. 1 on country radio.

Throughout his career in the genre, Atkins has earned six nominations from the Academy of Country Music (CMA) and two nods from the Country Music Association (CMA), where in 2006, he was crowned “Top New Male Vocalist” by the ACM.

In 2015, he released his Greatest Hits album, which includes all of his chart-topping singles and the new tune “Eat Sleep Love You Repeat.”

A Tennessee native, Atkins is a Curb recording artist, and he is married to country songstress Rose Falcon.
