Watch the first two minutes of the upcoming Walking Dead episode

For those hungrily waiting for the midseason premiere of the world’s most popular zombie show, today is your lucky day.

[SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE NOT CAUGHT UP WITH THE SERIES]

The two-minute opening scenes show the gang digging up dirt, crying and reminiscing over their recently killed member, the angelic-voiced Beth. Noah, her latest friend, opens up to Rick about their plans to escape to a place just outside Richmond, Virginia.

“It was secure, a wall, homes, with 20 people, she wanted to go with him, wanted to get him there,” Rick says to the others.

“What if it isn’t around anymore?” asks Glenn.

“Then we keep going,” Rick says solemnly.

“And we find a new place,” Michonne adds.

Between the dialogue, shots of past safe havens for the group pop up, such as the prison and Woodbury. But the video also includes darker images of gunshots in walls and ravaged skeletons.

Previously, AMC revealed a new image from the upcoming season: Glenn and Sasha teaming up to fend off attackers with big guns.

While the two-minute opening scene from the midseason premiere was dripping with sadness, expect the group to pull their chin up to the sky and get moving quick after Beth’s death.

Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick, hinted at what to expect from the upcoming episode: “It feels like we’re moving into a new show, it just feels like a new place visually and also story wise,” Lincoln says in a video released in December.

Fans were treated to a Season 5 trailer earlier this year:
