Video: Ghost Girl on Brazilian subway is a terrifying ordeal

On Sunday April 19, TV show host Silvio Santos of SBT (Brazilian Television System) presented a series of terrifying events taking place in the underground train of Fortaleza, a city of nearly 2.5 million people in the State of Ceará, Brazil. The program, entitled “Ghost girl attacks in the subway” uses hidden cameras to capture the reactions of subway passengers to the presence of a ghostly girl and her doll, played by 15-year-old actress Anna Livya Padilha.
The videos are recorded in the subway late at night, when very few users are travelling in the cars. The girl suddenly appears characterized as a ghost, wearing white clothing, white makeup, shaded cadaverous eyes, and carrying a doll in her arms. She enters the subway car through a secret door and scares passengers with terrifying shrieks. The lights go off and on several times, the doors do not open at the platform, and the reactions of the people in the car are of absolute panic.
Some of the passengers exposed to the horrific spectacle have called the prank “in poor taste.” Nonetheless, the video showing the screaming ghost girl scaring subway passengers has had over 2 million views.
