In 2011, Cooper was named “Sexiest Man Alive,” and he has been nominated for a total of four Academy Awards throughout his acting career. These include nods for his acting roles in such films as Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle and American Sniper; moreover, for producing the latter film, Cooper also received an Academy Award nomination for “Best Picture.”
