UK police still want extradition of two Litvinenko suspects

British police said Thursday they still wanted the extradition of the two main suspects in the killing of former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko in London following a British inquiry's report.

"There are outstanding warrants for Andrey Lugovoi and Dmitri Kovtun who remain wanted for this murder," the Metropolitan Police said in a statement.

"Our objective will always be to put them before a criminal court."
