The boxer shorts worn by Tom Brady in ‘Ted 2’ are up for auction

Wouldn’t you like to have something to show off at your next high school reunion? Why not a pair of famous undies? While everyone is showing off pictures of their children and out of state business trips at your next social function, you can pull out a pair of celebrity boxers and wow the crowd! If owning such a thing happens to be on your bucket list, you now have the opportunity. You better be ready to pay up, though, because it’s going to cost you a pretty penny.

The website Goldin Auctions has posted what are supposedly the boxer shorts and t shirt worn by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady during one of his brief scenes in the 2015 sequel to Seth MacFarlane’s Ted movie. In Ted 2 John Bennett (played by Mark Wahlberg) and his talking teddy bear Ted (voiced by MacFarlane) sneak into a sleeping Tom Brady’s home in order to get a semen sample to inseminate Ted’s wife.

According to Goldin Auctions, you can own the very shirt and underwear worn by Brady during that scene and the bidding starts at an astounding $2,500. The description claims the boxer shorts are all white Brooks Brothers size 36 shorts and the t-shirt is a grey Giorgio Armani size 58. Production tags from the film are supposed to be attached to the collar of the shirt and the ensemble comes with a certificate of authenticity.

This isn’t the only famous attire you can purchase on the website. Also posted for auction is a suit supposedly worn on screen by Christopher Walken in the movie Seven Psychopaths.
