Customer wants refund after seeing mouse in Burger King

At one point in the video, which was uploaded to LiveLeak, the man filming points the camera to the ceiling, where a mouse can be seen.

The man is then heard saying that he wants his money back, while a member of staff says ‘no inside,’ which was a reference to the man recording the video. The man responded by saying he wanted to get it on film in case the staff didn’t want to give him his money back.

The man continued to say that the mouse was live, and that he has brothers and sisters right around the corner.

The video also shows someone touch the ceiling, and then the mouse appears to run away.

This is not the first time a mouse has been found at a Burger King. At the beginning of the month, a Burger King in Birmingham was shut down after environmental health officers discovered a mouse infestation.

The Burger King, located at the Bullring Shopping Centre, was allowed to reopen after environmental health officers were satisfied the infestation was taken care of.
