The 30 second video shows the cat just sitting in a sink and drenched, while the person filming is saying “no more” to the cat. The cat lets off a normal meow, but when the person says it again, the cat sounds like it mimics them. It sounds like the cat is saying “no more” back to the person.
At one point, the person tells the cat that they are almost done and told it that it would only be a little bit more, and as soon as the cat heard that word, it repeated what it had already said, saying “no more.” It then repeats it two more times, as the person filming lets out a laugh.
There’s no need to worry about whether or not the cat was in danger. It was being treated at the vet, which is where the video was filmed and the animal was in safe hands.
