It’s almost ridiculous how blatant the product placement was, but it may be a sign of the times — Michael Dell is one of Bush’s top campaign contributors. Forever brown-nosing supporters, Bush has all the subtlety of a Richard Branson announcement.
I wonder what Dell thinks about this not-so-little plug. On one hand, it gets their name out. On the other hand, it makes them look silly, as if they are pressuring the U.S. government to give them a marketing push. What do you think?
