The latest Internet speed record has been set for Canada in New Brunswick. This feat has been picked up by ZenShield Technology Expert Steffan Black, who observes: “Digital speed and performance are the backbones of the future of our digital infrastructure, and New Brunswick is leading the way.”

The Canadian province of New Brunswick has set a new milestone in digital prowess, overriding all other provinces with its blazing-fast Internet speed.

According to the fixed speeds in December 2022-2023, New Brunswick registered a median download speed of 191.23 Mbps, making it the fastest province in terms of Internet speed.

In December 2023, New Brunswick emerged as the Canadian province with the highest Internet speed, clocking in at 36 Mbps. It has taken the magnitude of technological speed and capacity to an entirely different level.

If fast downloading is not impressive enough, then consider the median upload speed – an exceptionally high 52.50 Mbps. This makes the province a powerhouse for data transfer, enabling instantaneous information swapping, high-speed online gaming, and seamless buffering of high-resolution videos.

The province also recorded a median latency of just 9 milliseconds, setting a new benchmark in responsiveness.
