Super Bowl champ Jimmy Farris was recently featured on “The Donna Drake Show” on CBS New York, where he opened up about his new book talks new book “Be A Pro: Your Blueprint to Professional Level Achievement.”

Farris chatted with two-time Telly award-winning TV host Donna Drake about his journey in football and his inspiration to write the inspirational book “Be A Pro.” He is a former American football wide receiver that retired from the NFL back in 2009. He and Drake discuss the logistics of being in the NFL and how he got drafted, among other topics.

In 2001, he signed his first NFL contract with the San Francisco 49ers and achieved a goal he set for himself when he was 10 years old. He spent the next seven years in the NFL, won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots, and lived his dream. And then at the age of 30… it was over.
