Evelyn Lozada is marrying the receiver, who promised to live-tweet the nuptials.
Ochocinco then wrote to Minton, who hails from Ohio: “Check ya DM… Just start packing..”
Minton replied with a hearty, “Ok. I’m flabbergasted! I love you!”
