Kelly Parker Palace releases inspirational ‘Take Your Mark, LEAD!’ book

Life coach and podcast host Kelly Parker Palace (“Champion’s Mojo”) has released her inspirational book “Take Your Mark, LEAD!: Ten Ways to Lead Yourself and Others Like a Champion.” Digital Journal has the scoop.

Life coach and podcast host Kelly Parker Palace (“Champion’s Mojo”) has released her inspirational book “Take Your Mark, LEAD!: Ten Ways to Lead Yourself and Others Like a Champion.” Digital Journal has the scoop.

Her book is an Amazon bestseller in the “Swimming Books” category. She is a former NCAA Division 1 swimming coach, as well as an expert on leadership and peak performance. Iconic swimming coach Bob Bowman (who coached Michael Phelps) wrote the foreword, and praised her book for being a “powerful addition to one’s personal improvement library.”

She hosts the weekly, award-winning podcast “Champion’s Mojo” with world record holder cyclist Maria Parker. They interview Olympians, Olympic coaches, journalists, celebrities, physicians, and other inspiring leaders.

Aside from her accomplishments and triumphs in ife, she is also a survivor of breast cancer, September 11, 2001, divorces, topical steroid withdrawal syndrome, and she cared for a parent with Alzheimer’s.

She lives with Mark Palace, her husband of almost two decades, in Viera, Florida, where they play ping-pong, ride bikes, and photograph nature often.

The book is motivational, organized, and inspiring. It has something for everyone. It is food for thought, with invaluable insights to help bring out the inner champion and leader in every reader. Her life story is an inspiration to us all. It garners an A rating.
