The error message appeared on the site saying: ‘Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing – we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon.’
The website became unresponsive through desktop or a mobile device. Was the site hacked by someone? These are the worries of almost every Twitter user.
Twitter’s own status page has now been updated to reflect the current issue, with the company saying: “Some users are currently experiencing problems accessing Twitter. We are aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution.” — Tuesday, January 19, 2016 (EST)
In the meantime, have a sip of coffee and relax. Those smart engineers from Twitter will fix the problem soon. We can only hope.
