OkComrade, the communist version of OkCupid, hits the Internet

OkComrade exists soley as a Facebook page right now, according to the Daily Dot, in which singles send a message to the page’s administrators with a brief description. The administrators then post the profile to its main page.

“Forget OkCupid,” the about page for OkComrade reads. “Too bourgeois.”

Other rules include “No sexism, no racism, no heterosexism, or transphobia,” and “Don’t be a dick. Don’t make fun of others. If you do, you are banned, and if you are a real jerk about it, we will find additional ways to humiliate you.”

Posters on the page include nihilists, “anarcho-Communists,” “trans-humanist socialists” and more.

The administrators are apparently also considering creating an app like Tinder or Grindr since the page has now gone viral.

OkComrade is one of many niche dating sites, like VeggieDate (vegetarians only) and Farmers Only.
