The current Covid-19 pandemic has changed our lives in many ways that most people weren’t prepared for, but most importantly, it has had a huge impact on jobs and the economy. It is not surprising that the demand for recruitment and placement services during these challenging times is at an all-time high and TLI’s experience is no exception. In fact, the search firm has experienced explosive growth in new clients this past year which has necessitated an expansion into a new geographic location.
Along with the new office in the New York City area, TLI has expanded its staff in that location which will allow the firm to continue to offer clients and candidates exceptional personalized service. New team members are: Dr. Waheed Tajik, who will lead the firm’s physician search practice. Dr. Tajik is an internal medicine physician who also has a transplant management background; and Mr. Wei Cheng, who will manage the research team. Mr. Cheng has many years of experience in information technology and data analytics as well as experience in the organ donation field.
