Tiny Transitions has trained a small army of sleep coaches throughout the country, equipping them not only to help babies sleep through the night but also to grow their businesses. They are now expanding their business coaching services beyond their own company, helping postpartum care providers around the globe expand their businesses.
“Our own specialists go through an intensive, six-month sleep consultant certification that helps them scale their businesses so they can reach more families in need,” said Courtney Zentz, Tiny Transitions Founder. “Our business coaching has worked so well with our in-house consultants that we are now making it available to other sleep coaches as well as doulas and lactation consultants.
Zentz has tremendous passion for spreading the word about postpartum resources. After leaving her 12-year career as a marketing executive to start a family, she soon found her perfectly organized world crumbling to chaos, fueled by a baby who wouldn’t sleep, postpartum anxiety, and parenting stress. She founded Tiny Transitions to assist families in getting their infants and toddlers to sleep through the night consistently so they can restore order to their homes.
As Zentz expands her business coaching services beyond her company’s own consultants, she said she is guided by her desire to help as many people as possible avoid the difficulties she encountered as a new mom.
“There are so many specialists who can make lives easier for worn out parents. My goal is to help as many practitioners in this postpartum space as possible connect with the families who need their services,” said Zentz.
