The first step in folding a fitted sheet is to lay it out on a large surface with the elastic side facing up. The second step is to drape the index finger inside each of the fitted sheet’s short end sides and then carry it up to the fitted sheet’s top end, while providing it with a little flick to make sure that it is straight and all in. The next step is to lay down the sheet on a flat surface in such a way that the sheet looks like an upside down U shape. Next, the bottom of the sheet is brought up and aligned with the fitted elastic side. It is a good idea to smooth it out first before performing this particular step. The fifth step is to fold the top end vertically towards the front and smooth it out again. And finally, the fitted sheet can be folded horizontally four or five times, depending on its size.
