The I’m Just Me Brand Promotes Anti-Bullying While Empowering Young Children and Parents Through Its Merchandise

An advocate for child bullying, Mona Symone pursues her passion and is running a business with an anti-bullying theme. What began as a blog to help parents deal with their children being bullied grew into a full-fledged brand, I’m Just Me, that empowers both children and parents to stand up to bullies.

“I created this anti-bullying brand for children, and it’s our mission to end bullying once and for all. My son was immediately bullied at the start of Middle School. He was slapped in the face and his possessions were thrown in the garbage.  It got to the point that whenever my phone rang at work, my heart sank. It became a balance of having him walk away to avoid suspension or standing up for himself. At the end of the day, his confidence needed to remain intact and not be destroyed forever and became my mission to ensure that this happened.”

Mona then invested all her resources into helping parents empower their own children by providing resources to combat bullying.

“My Shopify store and my blog are filled with anti-bullying merchandise to empower children to stand up to bullies, unleash their true talents, build their confidence, polish their character, and spread positivity through strong affirmations”, says the founder of I’m Just Me, Mona Symone.

I’m Just Me was created with the belief that every child is special. The goal here is to create a world without bullies. The brand encourages parents to raise their children in the right way as they are the leaders of tomorrow. Parents can shop for positive affirmations printed merchandise like t-shirts, wrist bands, military dog tags, and stickers for laptops and water bottles, and more.

The online e-commerce store is all about empowerment with “Just Taking a Stand” t-shirts and accessories collection that will boost the confidence in the child while simultaneously helping them be themselves. These products teach the child to be strong, take on the world, and show what they’re made of.

“Bullies themselves have something deeper going on, but curing every bully is not a possibility, neither is it our intention. We intend to help those that are bullied stand up for themselves and fight back. No matter what happens, they should never lose their confidence”, says a spokesperson for the brand, I’m Just Me.

Mona Symone is an entrepreneur and mother. After her 12-year-old son faced bullying, she took immediate action but always encouraged him to tell her everything. He slowly learned how to fight his own battles. This incident inspired Mona to help kids all over the world to stand up to bullies.
