THE BROADWAY COMPANY SELLS ‘LE CHARLES‘ IN MONTREAL FOR $8.65M

BOSTON – Boston-based real estate investment firm The Broadway Company has sold 3639-3641 Sainte-Famille, a 51-unit apartment building in the heart of the McGill Student District in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The sale price was $8.65 million CAD ($6.74 million USD).
