Most recently, Pena was VP of Finance at Suntuity. Suntuity is part of the Suntuity Group of companies, a conglomerate of renewable energy, finance, technology and UAV service companies, where he helped to expand the company nationwide. Prior, he was Financial Controller at Scout Clean Energy, a wind and solar renewable energy organization with more than 60 entities. It has revenues of more than $50 million annually and a balance sheet of greater than $1.2 billion.
Pena has also served as Director of AM and Business Ops at X-Elio North America and Head of Accounting Solar Frontier Americas for Idemitsu Renewables. SIRC is completing its executive leadership team in anticipation of its near-term application for an up list to the OTCQB Venture Market. Last Friday, it named Pablo Diaz president of SIRC.
