San Antonio Tree Pros Restores Client’s Garage After Damage Occurred During Tree Removal

San Antonio, California – Last week, San Antonio Tree Pros was invited by Liam Kings to handle a tree removal procedure. The homeowner’s goal was to get rid of a tree that had died more than 6 months back. Liam wanted to create space for a new healthy tree. He also wanted to ensure the dead tree was no longer hurting his landscape’s appearance.

During the tree removal procedure, some things went wrong and part of the tree’s crown touched the homeowner’s garage, inflicting some damage. Yesterday, San Antonio Tree Pros spent the entire day repairing the damage.

“When removing the dead tree from Liam’s landscape,” said the San Antonio Tree Pros CEO, “the company’s team of tree cutting professionals was dealing with a large number of variables. To begin with, the tree had decayed from the inside but retained a very sturdy appearance on the outside. The team could not tell the tree had decayed when it initiated the tree removal procedure. What’s more, the day the team was removing the tree was extremely windy.”

The CEO noted that although the company’s San Antonio tree removal team had taken all the necessary precautions during the tree removal, a sudden change in the wind direction snapped the decaying tree and pushed it towards the garage.

“The company’s team had secured the tree using cables that were attached to the crane,” said the CEO. “Using the crane to pull the section that had snapped, the crane operator saved Liam from extreme property damage. Only a few limbs hit the garage – this is why the damage was so minimal.”

The CEO noted that San Antonio Tree Pros takes full responsibility for damages that occur while the company is working on tree maintenance procedures. For this reason, the company had to fix the damage to Liam’s garage.

“San Antonio Tree Pros is an insured company,” said the San Antonio Tree Pros CEO. “For this reason, the company is in a position to fund home repairs made necessary by tree maintenance procedures going wrong. When the team noticed that the tree had hit the roof and created a small dent, they called the homeowner, who was at work at the time, and indicated that they would fix the damage.”

Yesterday San Antonio Tree Pros reportedly arrived on Liam’s landscape with a team of qualified roof repairers. Working on the roof for about 4 hours, the San Antonio Tree Pros CEO ensured that it was restored to its previous state.

Reporters visited Liam’s home to determine whether he was satisfied with the garage repairs performed by San Antonio Tree Pros. The homeowner welcomed the reporters and even took them to see where the damage had happened.

“San Antonio Tree Pros is a special company,” Liam told the reporters. “While some companies would have tried to blame the family for the damage, saying that it’s the family that didn’t indicate the tree was decaying from the inside, San Antonio Tree Pros took full responsibility.”

When the reporters took a look at the repaired garage, they could not tell that damage had occurred less than a week ago. The entire garage looked the same. The company had done an overly impressive job with the repairs.

“The family will keep using San Antonio Tree Pros,” said Liam. “Not just for tree removals – the family will also hire the company for other tree maintenance procedures, including tree trimming, tree pruning, and emergency tree services.”

Liam told the reporters that San Antonio Tree Pros’ base of operation is located at 1721 South WW White Road Suite 120 – 34, 78220 San Antonio, CA, United States. However, homeowners can contact the company via +1 210-879-8767 and [email protected]
