Moshe Rabin Scholarship for Entrepreneurs is a scholarship offered by Rabbi Moshe Rabin. The scholarship is available for deserving students with a dream to become future entrepreneurs. Students who are enrolled in university or college undertaking a course in business, with a dream to launch a business in the future, can apply. Those in high school wishing to become future entrepreneurs can also apply. Moshe is awarding a total amount of $1,000 to the most qualified student. To apply for Moshe’s scholarship, you must be a current student in the United States studying on the road to becoming an entrepreneur or a high school student with a dream of becoming an entrepreneur. The scholarship will be awarded to a single student who will write a creative essay answering the question “Describe a sector of business which could use significant improvement, and how you would use your role as a business owner to solve the problem” The essay must not exceed 1000 words. All interested students have been given up to December 15th 2022 to submit their application. The winner of the scholarship will then be announced on January 15nth 2023. Along with the essay, students are required to provide their full and correct names, phone numbers, address, Email address, name of high school and graduation date, University currently enrolled in, Personal Bio, and GPA.

As the cost of acquiring higher education keeps on increasing, Moshe understands how it can be a burden to afford higher education, especially for the less privileged families. The situation can be more difficult for those who are anticipating launching businesses in the future with debts from students’ loans staring at them. It is because of the hardships that many students have to go through that Moshe is offering a scholarship to ease the education process. He is also hoping that through his scholarship, awareness will be raised of the hardship that deserving students on the road to becoming future entrepreneurs go through. With his scholarship funds, he is positive that many opportunities will open up for students.
Moshe Rabin, the man behind the scholarship is an executive director of Rohr Bais Chaya Academy, Rabbi of Rohr Bais Chaya Synagogue, and the President of The Alliance for Education. He understands how education is important for all future entrepreneurs and would like to give back to the community by offering a scholarship to the most deserving student.
