The studio charges $65 for a single private session. One-on-one sessions can be arranged in packages of 12 sessions, 24 sessions, or 36 sessions for the price of $500, $912, and $1260 respectively. These packages are valid for up to 2 months, 3 months, and 5 months respectively. All of the packages include before & after pictures, measurement scale weight every 2 weeks, full access to the My Fitness App platform, a guide for a healthy lifestyle, and a nutrition consultation session. The center also offers packages for unlimited 1 month and 3 months of group sessions. It also offers 24 group sessions and 36 group sessions for $575 and $756 respectively.
Osi Body Fit has partnered with Omrit Wellness to provide its clients help with nutrition and exercise physiology. Osi has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has a master’s in Exercise Physiology from Columbia University and is a certified life coach. She is experienced in nutrition consulting, group fitness instruction, personal training, and management. She works with her clients to customize their nutrition and fitness plan according to their personal needs.
The nutrition packages can be purchased for 3 months or 6 months for $390 and $700 respectively. Each of them comes with an analysis of a comprehensive nutrition assessment questionnaire, lifestyle suggestions according to the evaluation of nutrition assessment, calculating customized caloric intake according to goals and assessment, and customized macros breakdown. The 6-month package also adds a follow-up and revision of the program every two weeks via email or text, one 30 min coaching call per month, and healthy delicious snacks recipes.
