As the Founder and Director of The Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC), Krishna Kumar has made significant contributions to the global coaching community. His influence can be determined by his position as the first non-North American President of the International Association of Coaching (IAC) in 2016-17, where he received the IAC President's Award for coaching excellence in March 2020. He is also a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching (IOC), which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
